“M&S Introduces Premium Fruit Yogurt Pots”

Everyone has their favorite supermarket of choice, whether it’s for the weekly grocery run or just grabbing a few necessities. When it comes to stocking up for the week, Sainsbury’s and Aldi are my go-to options due to their generally budget-friendly prices.

Previously, I steered clear of shopping at M&S because of its pricey reputation, aiming to avoid any surprises at checkout. However, for certain items, I find M&S to excel and justify the extra cost.

I’ve previously highlighted the superior chicken quality at M&S compared to Sainsbury’s and Aldi, but some months back, I stumbled upon another product that caught my eye.

Browsing the dairy section for my Greek yogurt, I came across something intriguing.

I have a strong affinity for yogurt, and during this season, I consume it almost daily for breakfast or as a snack. Typically, I opt for the large containers of 0% fat Greek yogurt from M&S.

However, I noticed that M&S carries small pots of 0% fat Greek yogurt paired with a fruit compote – available in cherry, peach, and honey flavors.

I decided to try all three variants, each priced at £1.20. My top choice among them was the peach option.

These yogurts serve as a premium and healthier substitute for a Muller Corner. The main compartment holds the Greek yogurt, while the smaller section contains a delightful fruit compote or honey.

With just 113 calories and over 12g of protein, these yogurts make a fantastic addition to breakfast or a satisfying snack.

Fage offers a similar product at Sainsbury’s, but it only includes honey without the added fruit. Additionally, it has lower protein content per 100g and a higher calorie count.
