Contrary to extravagant expectations, Musk revealed a simple breakfast preference of steak and eggs to kickstart his day. Emphasizing the protein-packed nature of this choice, Musk believes it effectively sustains his energy levels throughout the day.

In a discussion with Joe Rogan, Musk highlighted his avoidance of carbohydrates in the morning, opting for a steak and eggs combination without bread. He described this breakfast as a powerful energy boost, attributing his choice to the avoidance of energy crashes associated with carb-rich meals.

Musk’s rationale stems from his belief that carbohydrates lead to energy fluctuations, causing spikes and crashes. While opinions on low-carb diets vary among nutrition experts, both steak and eggs offer essential nutrients crucial for energy production, muscle maintenance, and overall well-being.

Eggs, recognized for their high nutrient density, provide a rich source of protein, B12, vitamin D, selenium, and iodine.
