Pleasure Beach Resort has officially announced the closure of the ride for investigation purposes. They clarified that the carriages came to a stop without detaching from the ride. According to a spokesperson from Pleasure Beach Resort, the incident occurred at a low point in the ride, prompting a manual evacuation supervised by trained operators. Fortunately, all riders were assessed by first aid staff, and no injuries were reported.
