“Andy Burnham to Inaugurate No10 North Hub in Manchester”

Andy Burnham is preparing to visit the newly established No10 North headquarters for the first time, where he plans to designate it as the central hub for enhancing Britain’s functionality.

The Prime Minister recently unveiled his vision to establish a northern extension of Downing Street to decentralize power away from Westminster. Initially, the office will be situated in Heron House in Manchester city center, which also houses GCHQ’s North West hub.

During his upcoming visit, the PM is set to reintroduce Gordon Brown’s National Economic Council, formed in 2008 after the global financial crisis, to convene senior ministers and mayors from the region.

In anticipation of Burnham’s visit, his close ally and senior Cabinet member Louise Haigh affirmed, “No10 North is ready for operation.”

Expressing his commitment, the new PM expressed, “No 10 North aims to redistribute power across the country, ensuring every community receives the attention and resources they deserve.”

The visit to No10 North follows Housing Secretary Angela Rayner’s praise for the PM’s swift actions to address the rising cost of living. Recent policy initiatives include a VAT reduction on energy bills, reinstating the £2 cap on bus fares, and a decrease in business rates.

Reflecting on the PM’s approach, Rayner commended his empathetic understanding of the challenges faced by communities. Unite’s general secretary, Sharon Graham, emphasized the urgent need for the government to prioritize the working class in its economic strategies to instill hope and prosperity.
