An Afghan boxer, Sharif Ahmadzai, is under suspicion for the alleged murder of British aid worker Elisabeth-Jane Ross. Despite denying the murder accusation, Ahmadzai has admitted to concealing Ross’s body in the suitcase and withdrawing money from her credit cards. CCTV footage captured him moving the body to a specific location on the night of July 16. Ahmadzai’s wife, Alaina Hall, who was acquainted with Ross, cooperated with authorities by reporting suspicious behavior and assisting in the investigation.
Ahmadzai, a professional boxer, allegedly confessed to discovering Ross deceased in her apartment and impersonating her in messages to family and friends.
