A young child is facing the loss of his mother following her tragic death in a fire currently under investigation by authorities.

According to a Queensland Police spokesperson, the fire at the unit complex in Buderim resulted in the tragic death of the 21-year-old woman from Kallangur. The cause of the fire remains unknown, and investigations are ongoing.
Additionally, a 32-year-old woman sustained injuries in the fire but survived. Police are encouraging anyone with information or potential CCTV/dashcam footage to assist in the ongoing investigation.
