Bev Craig, the Labour candidate running to replace Andy Burnham as Greater Manchester Mayor, has raised concerns about the threat posed by Reform in Manchester. Nigel Farage, who recently resigned as an MP amid controversy over a substantial gift, had targeted the mayoralty in the region. However, a WhatsApp message circulating among Reform activists urged them to assist in Clacton, diverting attention from the Manchester race.
