Police in Derry are searching for a suspect following reports of two children being sexually assaulted. The incident occurred on June 8 on Cedar Street. The suspect, described as a slim white male with dark hair and wearing dental braces, was seen in a green Superdry hoodie, dark trousers, and dark shoes during the assault.
Inspector Ferriby of the PSNI urged anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the area to contact detectives at 101, referencing case number 1137 of 08/06/2026. Dashcam or other footage from the scene is also of interest.
