“Vehicle Crashes into Cardiff Motorway Service Station, Injuring Three”

Three individuals, including an 8-year-old child, have been hospitalized following an incident where a vehicle struck pedestrians before colliding with a motorway service station. The event occurred at Cardiff Gate services near junction 30 of the M4 around 11:45 am today, according to authorities.

The injured parties, as confirmed by the police, consist of an eight-year-old child and a 39-year-old man who were pedestrians, along with a 76-year-old woman who was driving the vehicle. A witness reported that a black BMW car hit individuals seated at a table outside the service building before crashing into the main structure. The witness described a chaotic scene where bystanders tried to lift the car off the victims.

In a statement, South Wales Police addressed the situation at Cardiff Gate Services, mentioning the collision between a car and a retail establishment on the premises. The police indicated that the injuries sustained by the three hospitalized individuals are not life-threatening.
