Recognized as a staunch ally of Ukraine, former Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s pivotal role in uniting allies through the Coalition of the Willing was acknowledged. Starmer was honored with the Order of Freedom on his final visit to Ukraine, symbolizing the deep-rooted friendship between the two nations.

The leaders engaged with over 200 Ukrainian military personnel participating in Exercise Sea Breeze, a maritime security and counter-mine drill aimed at enhancing readiness for future missions in the Black Sea. Additionally, Burnham announced an agreement allowing Ukraine to initiate the mass production of UK-designed signal jammers, known as the “Stone Cloak” electronic warfare system, designed to disrupt Russian air defense systems by blocking drone detection.
