However, her promising future was abruptly cut short when Dennis Olson, 53, an alleged drunk driver, collided with her Honda CR-V while driving the wrong way on Interstate 75.

Olson, who admitted to Florida state troopers that he had been having a “bad night,” was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.222, significantly exceeding the legal limit.
