The family seems to be enjoying various activities like beach outings, family walks, and pool fun during their vacation. Although the exact location was not disclosed, one picture hints at a possible visit to Portugal.
On her Instagram page, Meghan shared a set of images captioned ‘Summer Holiday [sun emoji],’ including a photo of a seafood restaurant in Portugal called O Melidense, possibly indicating their destination. Another photo suggests the family visited Althorp, Princess Diana’s childhood home, with a shot showing Lilibet walking amidst trees and hedges while Harry and Archie walk ahead with bouquets.
The family was seen engaging in sea activities, enjoying sunset walks, and Harry playfully tossing Lilibet in a pool. Seven-year-old Archie was spotted in a pilot’s hat inside a plane cockpit, pretending to fly as three staff members assisted him.
To maintain privacy, Meghan did not reveal Archie or Lilibet’s faces in any of the photos. The family had been in Europe before Prince Harry’s solo trip to the UK for the Invictus Games, as plans for Meghan and the children to accompany him were changed.
Reports indicate tension arose between Prince Harry and Buckingham Palace regarding his accommodation during the UK visit. Conflicting statements were released by the Sussex camp and the Palace, with the accommodation offer initially accepted by Harry but later withdrawn due to feasibility concerns. Both parties defended their positions in the accommodation dispute, and ultimately, Harry opted for private accommodation during his stay in London.
