Former undertaker Robert Bush, who operated Legacy Independent Funeral Directors in Hull, is set to receive his sentencing today after being found guilty of numerous offenses over a 12-year period. The charges against Bush include giving incorrect ashes to grieving families, leaving bodies unattended, and defrauding customers of over £500,000 by offering unauthorized plans.
During the sentencing hearing at Hull Crown Court, more than 200 victims shared the devastating impact of Bush’s actions.
