“Princess Lilibet’s 5th Birthday Celebrated with Heartwarming Photos”

Meghan Markle has posted two adorable unseen images of Princess Lilibet in celebration of her fifth birthday today. The photos, shared on the Duchess of Sussex’s social media, feature Prince Harry holding their daughter while Meghan watches affectionately. Lilibet is dressed in a white lace outfit, showcasing her long hair and bare feet. Similar to previous online posts of her children, Meghan strategically arranged Lilibet’s hair to cover her face in the pictures.

In addition to the first image, Meghan also shared a second photo of Lilibet in their backyard, where she is seen touching a purple flower with her feet on the grass.

Accompanying the charming family snapshots, Meghan wrote, “Our dream girl. Happy 5th birthday, Lili,” along with a heart emoji.

Lilibet, affectionately known as Lili, is the youngest daughter of Prince Harry and Meghan, born on June 4, 2021, in California. She was named Lilibet Diana in honor of her great-grandmother, the late Queen, and her grandmother, Princess Diana.

Seventh in line to the throne, Lili has only visited the UK once, unlike her older brother Archie, and became a princess when her grandfather, the King, ascended to the throne following regulations established by King George V in 1917.

After corresponding with Charles, Harry and Meghan began using the titles of prince and princess for Archie and Lili after the princess’s christening in 2023. Lili, who appears to have inherited her father’s red hair, met her grandfather, the King, during a visit to the UK in 2022.

During the trip, which coincided with the late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, Lilibet celebrated her first birthday with a party at Frogmore Cottage, Harry and Meghan’s former residence.

Royal expert Duncan Larcombe noted that Lilibet’s birthday underscores the strained relationship between the King and his youngest son, Harry. Larcombe mentioned that King Charles regrets the situation and values his role as a grandparent.

Last year, Harry and Meghan marked Lilibet’s birthday by sharing multiple photos of the little one with both her parents as an infant. Meghan also posted a video of her and Harry dancing in the hospital to encourage Lilibet’s birth as she was overdue.
