“Three Arrested in Leeds for Schoolgirls’ Assault”

Police apprehended three individuals suspected of sexually assaulting two schoolgirls at a bustling shopping center. Following reports of suspicious behavior in Seacroft, Leeds, West Yorkshire, officers located the teenagers and arrested two men, aged 38 and 44, on sex offenses charges. Subsequently, a 20-year-old man was also taken into custody today on suspicion of sexual assault. The trio of suspects remains detained as confirmed by West Yorkshire Police.

Ongoing inquiries by Leeds District Safeguarding officers are aimed at providing support to the victims and uncovering the full details of the incident. The police force has intensified patrols in the area for continued monitoring. In a released statement, the police said, “Enquiries are still in progress by Leeds District Safeguarding officers to assist the victims and establish the complete circumstances surrounding the incident. Reassurance patrols led by uniformed officers are also being conducted in the vicinity.”
