Taking to Instagram, Louise shared a photo of herself in a hospital gown and explained that she underwent a proctoscopy procedure, similar to a colonoscopy but less invasive due to her specific condition. Despite the discomfort, she praised the effectiveness of the pain-relieving drug fentanyl.
Expressing gratitude for the timely appointment on Christmas Eve, Louise emphasized the importance of such healthcare services and acknowledged the dedication of NHS staff who are always available for emergencies.
The following day, Louise expressed her appreciation for the medical professionals who assisted her during her hospital visit. She highlighted the essential work of the NHS, especially during holidays, and thanked the staff for their commitment to saving lives.
Louise has been coping with various health challenges, including a life-threatening childbirth experience in 2021, leading to postpartum complications and mental health issues. Her partner revealed the extent of support required, including crisis intervention, to ensure her well-being.
In addition to her existing health conditions, Louise has been diagnosed with Lupus and Asherman’s Syndrome, experiencing further complications that necessitated medical intervention. She has since become an advocate for women’s health, sharing her story to support others facing similar struggles.
