Missing Leicester Man Found Deceased

A man who went missing after visiting a police station has been found deceased, with authorities confirming that the body discovered likely belongs to him. The individual, identified as Kacper Cichor, 28 years old and from Braunstone, Leicester, was last observed on July 21 and was officially reported missing the subsequent day, prompting a search effort.

Leicestershire Police have disclosed that they are not treating the death as suspicious and have informed the deceased’s family, providing them with support during this challenging period. Kacper interacted with Mansfield House police station in Leicester on July 21, where he submitted some belongings. Later that day, he was sighted in the vicinity of Webster Road near Braunstone Park at approximately 2:30 pm. As part of the inquiry, law enforcement released CCTV footage showing him dressed in a burgundy T-shirt, black jeans, and grey sliders.

A police representative indicated, “A body has been located as part of the investigation into the disappearance of Kacper Cichor. Kacper was last seen on Tuesday, July 21, and reported missing the following day. Although the circumstances are not deemed suspicious, authorities believe the discovered individual is Kacper. The family has been notified, and we request privacy for them during this challenging time. We express gratitude to the public for their assistance in this matter.”
