A search operation is currently ongoing for two individuals who went missing while using inflatable kayaks at a beach in Wales. The two men, identified as Simon and Connor, were last spotted near a Haven Holiday Park and were reportedly heading towards the coast close to Hafan-y-Mor, Pwllheli, North Wales.
Coastguards and the RNLI have initiated a significant search mission, urging any witnesses with information about the duo’s location to contact the authorities. North Wales Police’s spokesperson expressed concerns for Simon and Connor, noting that they were last seen around 6:30 pm on Tuesday, July 21, near the beach off Hafan-Y-Mor, Pwllheli, planning to go to the beach with inflatable kayaks.
Chief Inspector Ian Roberts mentioned that officers, along with HM Coastguard personnel, are conducting inquiries and search efforts in the area.
