This decision was contrary to the custom followed by most other royals, like Princess Kate and Meghan Markle, who spent the night before their weddings separately.
Beatrice and Edoardo shared a glimpse of their special day with two photos released the day after their wedding, featuring them leaving the church and posing with the Queen and Prince Philip.
