“Trump Warns Iran: Prepare for ‘Obliteration'”

President Donald Trump has issued a strong warning to Iran regarding any potential assassination plot against him, stating that the US military stands ready to “completely destroy and obliterate all regions of Iran” in response. The escalating tensions between the US and Iran have led to fresh strikes on Tehran, with Trump announcing the end of the ceasefire between the two nations.

The situation intensified as Iranian protesters openly called for Trump’s assassination at the funeral of Iran’s late supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who was killed earlier in the year. Reports indicate that Iran has been actively seeking the President’s assassination since 2020, following Trump’s order to eliminate Iranian military officer Qasem Soleimani.

In a message on Truth Social, Trump addressed the threat, stating that a significant number of missiles are ready to target Iran, with more to follow if necessary. He emphasized the military’s readiness to decimate Iran if the Iranian government acts on its threats against him.

Despite intelligence reports from Israel warning of a potential assassination plan, Trump dismissed the notion, stating that he has been a top target for Iran for a long time. He also mentioned that he has given instructions for a severe response in case of a successful assassination plot against him.

Following missile attacks on oil and gas vessels by Iran, Trump suspended the ceasefire agreement and authorized strikes on Iranian targets. Upon returning from a NATO summit, Trump took security precautions, including swapping planes, due to the perceived threat from Iran.

Trump expressed defiance at the conference, acknowledging his status as a prime target for Iran and criticizing the leadership of the Iranian government. The situation remains tense as both sides engage in military posturing and rhetoric.
