At least four individuals have lost their lives, and several others have sustained injuries in an explosion close to the Palace of Justice in Damascus, Syria, as reported by state media.
The incident took place within a café situated on Al-Nasser Street in the Al-Marjah area of the city center, resulting in 10 individuals being harmed, as confirmed by the Syrian Ministry of Health.
The café is located near the Palace of Justice, adjacent to the Hejaz railway station and the lively public square, Al-Marjah Square. Security personnel have established a perimeter around the location, according to Al Jazeera reports.
