Retired four-star American General Jack Keane criticized Russia’s failed spring and summer offensive, stating that they are losing more territory than they can capture. Aleksey Chadaev, a former Kremlin adviser, and head of the Ushkuynik drone-warfare center, urged Putin to consider a ceasefire to avoid a catastrophic defeat. Meanwhile, Russian war correspondent Anastasia Kashevarova highlighted the impact of Ukrainian attacks, emphasizing the relentless targeting of Russian forces.
Despite these warnings, Kashevarova criticized the notion of censoring dissent or restricting internet access, arguing that it wouldn’t address the escalating drone threat faced by Russia. Recent footage showcased the deployment of air defense systems in Moscow to fend off Ukrainian drone strikes, reflecting the escalating tensions.
As Putin remains unwilling to negotiate with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukraine launched fresh strikes on Russia, targeting strategic locations.
