The incident was reported to authorities around 5 pm on Tuesday, December 30, indicating that a woman in her twenties had left the hospital located in Romford, east London, and had not been sighted since.
The newborn remains at the hospital under the supervision of medical staff and is reported to be in good condition. The missing woman, described as being in her twenties with a slender physique and dark hair, was last seen wearing a light-colored top paired with a patterned skirt.
