Three teenagers and a 40-year-old man have been apprehended by authorities following a tragic car accident in Bradford, West Yorkshire, which resulted in the death of a teenager and left another injured. The incident occurred in the Balidon area on West Lane early Saturday morning.
Emergency services responded to reports of a Ford Fiesta crashing into a property’s garden at 12:55 am. Upon arrival, they discovered the wrecked car with two individuals still inside. A 17-year-old girl sustained serious injuries and was hospitalized in a serious but stable condition, as confirmed by West Yorkshire Police. Tragically, the 18-year-old male driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to law enforcement officials, the Fiesta and a white Suzuki Swift SZ3 may have been traveling together prior to the collision. Three 18-year-old males have been arrested on suspicion of death by dangerous driving, while a 40-year-old man has been taken into custody on suspicion of dangerous driving and aiding an offender. All suspects are currently being held for questioning.
Authorities are urging witnesses or anyone with footage of the incident or the vehicles involved to come forward.
