TransPennine Express has confirmed that its services are no longer affected by the incident that occurred on Monday between Leeds and Micklefield. The disruption caused by the emergency services has ceased, and services are now operating normally. London North Eastern Railway services have also resumed, with some delays expected until the end of the service day.
Following the completion of emergency work at Leeds station, National Rail has reopened the station for commuters. A National Rail spokesperson stated that the emergency services have finished their work, allowing trains to run as scheduled.
